What's all the fuzz about?
by Anonymous

Q: We were playing a mixed-doubles match with fuzzy balls. One of our opponents' shots landed so close to the line, we thought it was possible that the fuzz on the ball could have touched it. Were we right to call the ball out?

A: No. Since you obviously had the slightest doubt, you should have awarded the point to your opponents. The Code is clear-cut on this: "A ball that is 99 percent out is still 100 percent in."
